What is e-scents doing to protect the environment?
Our warehouse supports our sustainability efforts and uses eco-friendly boxes and packaging materials and all our packaging can be recycled

How long can I keep a fragrance?
Most of our brand's fragrances contain high levels of natural ingredients and these can decay overtime. We therefore recommend that fragrances are used within 24 months of opening, but we suggest you check individual fragrance packaging for details. To prolong the life of your fragrance, keep it in its original box, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources

Where do you ship and how long will it take to receive my order?

Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return products within 28 days of receiving them. We will only refund or exchange products purchased from e-scents. We cannot accept returns on opened products. Charity requests
At e-scents we receive a large number of requests asking for donations and support with charity events. However, we regret are not able to support each request. We do consider every request, and select causes that fit with our brands ethics, we are sorry if your request is unsuccessful and wish you all the best with your event

Can you send me some free samples?
We love that you enjoy our fragrance brands. We receive requests every day to send out free samples and regret this is not possible. However, you can purchase samples and discovery kits from some brands though our website. We also run promotions and offers to our subscribers so be sure to sign up to our newsletter and we will send you details when we next run one

Why is the product I received in a plain box?
During sale and clearance periods we sometimes offer testers as a way to eliminate waste, at a reduced price compared to the full product. In many cases the only difference being the item may come in a plain box. The product will be as you would expect our products to be, and if you have any issues with the product, it is still covered under our returns policy. However, we will not upgrade a tester return to a full product, you will simply receive a refund. A tester offered for sale on our website will be clearly marked that it's provided in a plain box on the product page

Why are your shipping charges set at this rate?
As our fragrance products contain flammable liquids, our carrier partners require us to declare the contents as flammable. We have a policy to pass the delivery cost we are charged on to our customers without any profit being charged, so the price you see is the cost e-scents pays

Animal Testing
e-scents and its brand partners are committed to the elimination of animal testing. We are equally committed to consumer health and safety and only bring to market products that comply with applicable regulations. Our brand partners do not conduct animal testing on their products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on their behalf except when required by law. e-scents fully supports the development and global acceptance of non-animal testing alternatives
